Our team has prior experience in successfully reconditioning EOT Cranes, Upgrading load capacity, Span modification, alteration of all Components including Electrical Panels according to requirement.

Make - HAEUSLER, Switzerland

Total Weight - 350 tons

Dismantling period - 13 days

Complete Dismantling of 4 Rollers, all Drives, Drive Supports, Gearboxes, Hydraulics, all Electricals, Cables and Wires. All Components was prepped individually for safe transportation. The entire dismantling of 4 Roll Plate Bending Machine was done by Emerald Technologies under the supervision of HAEUSLER Senior Engineer from Swiss who was hired for the project.

EOT Crane Projects

Total Weight Handled - upto 250 Tons

The Team has an experience of successful completion of over 100 Projects. Emerald Technologies has successfully dismantled up to 300 Ton capacity EOT Cranes. Our team is capable of Upgrading the Load Capacity, Servicing, Re-Conditioning & Fabricating a new custom EOT Crane of any class specification at site.
