EMERALD TECHNOLOGIES was started in 2019 by S. Subhash Rathnam who is the sole proprietor of the company and has strong business background. The company is backed by a team with immense experience. We are a Fabrication and Manufacturing Organization dedicated for Waste Management Machineries that support a variety of Industries.
Combined we have an experience of 40+ Years in the Manufacturing Sector. Primarily we Manufacture Machines for Solid Waste Management and we supply to various corporations across Tamil Nadu.
We also undertake Heavy Fabrication and Machining jobs.

EMERALD TECHNOLOGIES was started with a Mission and Vision to provide economically sustainable and state-of-the-art decentralized solutions in the field of Organic Waste Management. We truly believe waste is resource and hence we are focused on economically sustainable waste treatment and we believe its potential should be explored to preserve the Environment.

Mr. S.Sivasubramaniam has more than 45 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing Windmills, Boilers, Cement and Mining Equipments, Sugar Plants, Earth Moving Equipments. He has an in-depth knowledge in Manufacturing practices & administrative capabilities apart from executing orders seamlessly. He has immense knowledge and experience in purchase of heavy machines required for Heavy Fabrication and Machining, all owing to his travel far and wide across various countries like Germany, Chezh Republic, Italy, Spain, China, Dubai, Kuwait, Malaysia, Abudhabi, Singapore, Baku, Azerbaijan. His travels has helped him gain in- depth experience and knowledge of Heavy Machines. He has held various prestigious positions of Secretary and Vice president in Industrial Associations such as BIDASS and BHELSIA. He was also the Promotional Director of TREAT, which is a Common Facility Centre that has been funded by the Govt of India which has apex of about 80 crores. Also as a member of TREAT we are privileged to use their facilities with perks of getting competitive price. Amidst all the feather he adorns on his cap, he is also active on the social forefront and has been the President of Rotary Club of Cauvery & PDG. What he brings to Emerald Technologies is his invaluable knowledge and his years of experience that will only make our services the best in the industry.

The firm was started as an ancillary unit of BHEL - Trichy, the largest power plant Equipment Manufacturer in India.
TNC is specialized in the field of Machining Valve Components for over 25 years. TNC deals with Valve Components such as Body, Bonnet, Trims, Spindle, Wedges, and Yoke and is also specialized in Oil Field Equipment, Christmas Tree Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, and Safety Relief valves of sizes ranging from 6” to 32” and pressure rating from 150# to 2500#. TNC also deal with WCB/WCC and CF8M, CF3M.
TNC has catered to various industries such as Power Plant, Cement Plant, Wind Mill, Sugar Plant, to name a few and also deals with light to Heavy Fabrication and Heavy Machining.
